Becca can fish. Anyone can. It just takes the right baits and sometimes it’s just a hit or miss day. I was just an unlucky day. Lojo and Becca will both probably catch a ton later on.

The strike king bitsy bug in black and blue is one of my goto baits. Budget friendly and puts fish in the boat. I usually put a 3in swim bait on it. Usually a rootbeer flake with chartreuse tail DOA cal shad

The salamander is called a mud puppy here in upstate ny on the st Lawrence river and we catch them all the time on tip ups. Becca and you should come up for some ice fishing

I found that the Bitzy bug was the best jig in my box this year. Tip it with a Rage craw or Googan craw and instant success. Fished it both in the river and smaller lakes and ponds. It was the most consistent lure in my box. Upstate NY and Northern PA.

@Amanda Gambrell I feel like they wanted to have a major difference for a real budget vs high dollar and $100 is nothing when it comes to good fishing tackle. Heck, I have a few rods over $200 and reels over $250 for freshwater and several saltwater rods over 400 with reels pushing over 1k. So instead of 15 and 100, they did something to bump it up.

Fall and winter I fish mostly hair jigs I make myself and a few deep slow smaller crank baits. Fall and winter some reason all my bigger fish has been wanting smaller bait that what I use in the spring and summer.

I could have green pumpkin stick baits white flukes and a football jig in that Lil box and fish most the season lol

Seeing the beginning of this video, maybe on another video have the first person choose their budget keeping in mind the challenger gets ten times that or perhaps five times that. Spend $50 the opponent gets 250 or 500. Or as in this video Lojo spun twice but has to give his opponent his original money.
