I fish with my little kids Avengers dock runner all the time, but I did put a decent reel on it. I have a bunch of them ready in the boat with different lures on them. Great for trolling crankbaits. Caught my PB trout, walleye and smallmouth on it

Once meetd a homeless dude in la who had one of those as his daily, he went to buy tortillas from the shop and use that as bait and that's how the dude got his food for the day Someone else gave him a good fishing rod, we where like 10 dudes just watching the dude fish with the barbie and atleast one had to do it i guess
