    Love the twin deck so much, wish I could play the a more optimal build in paper but a set of droplets and crossout are some expensive bois. I have to try out transcode talker as the otk option. Ive been using decode talker extended for my otk to hit for over 110K using the same set up.

    I play unchained live twins and boy is it spicy still working on it though to hone it down to where I want to and I don't run any hand traps currently just thought I would share. congrats on your top and good luck moving forward one day I will face you and our minds will be interlocked into a battle of wits and we'll see who the best player is and even though one of us will lose, it will be a match like no other and afterwards, we'll see if you can handle what I'm cooking LOL but one thing is for sure, if you are a true-do list then please stay humble and kind! PS keep rocking like you guys do and stay awesome just the way you guys are it's nice to see a couple playing Yu-Gi-Oh together who treat each other like beautiful old souls sharing their beautiful worlds together. And do take time to enjoy your neck of the woods where you're at and here's to your guys's beautiful life upon the face of this Earth

  • @CrushCards

    @CrushCards

    Nib was the best HT all weekend. Next to droll in the side. Droll was auto game every time I saw it. Shit was wild man!

  • @jeremymcbride

    I want to pick your brain on the hand trap line up: I'm on 3ash/3imperm/2veiler/2ogre/2nib with the 3droplet/3crossout and also siding the drolls. I haven't been feeling ogre, but you're on 3 and loved it. Why specifically? I'm also siding a pair of belle, thoughts on yea/nea? How's the 3rd Nib feel for you? Lastly; Crow. I feel like I could tech 1 and be good, or just flat out main 3 and roll people with it; suggestions?

  • @CrushCards

    @CrushCards

    2 жыл бұрын

    Ogre is amazing at the moment as it’s so versatile against the actual meta decks. Hits fateful adventures, most field spells, can clear monsters, destroying cards is kind of insane at the moment. Nib is nuts as well. You’re whole goal is you prevent your opponent from playing. Nib is one of the most high impact hand traps & gets you a lot of value off of one card. When paired with another HT it’s basically always game. I like crow but couldn’t find room for it. Personally not a huge fan of Belle in this deck but it’s all preference. This line up was crazy good for me

    Awesome deck profile! What is the usual strategy to get Dagda + your Link twins on board? And how do you go into Transcode Talker? I thought the Evil Twins lock you into Fiend monsters?

  • @CrushCards

    @CrushCards

    2 жыл бұрын

    So any name gets you dagda, & any extender gets you to your color. And yes you are fiend locked, but only after you activate the effects. You can make transcode (as I say in the video) then use your twin effects.

  • @basedgod5973
    @basedgod59732 жыл бұрын

    Just curious but as I was watching the decklist you had mentioned the one harpies feather being good. Wouldn’t just putting in one lightning storm been a better choice since it has another effect if you did need to clear a monster board? Or would you just keep the set of LS’s in the side? Just a thought but I was curious as to why the HFD over just one LS in the main XD great job though to the both of you!!

  • @CrushCards

    @CrushCards

    2 жыл бұрын

    So honestly the answer is simple here. You can’t use LS with face up cards. I won the finals cause I used HFD on mystic mine. I had face up monsters so if my draw was LS instead I was stuck under mine. LS is only going going second. Duster is good whenever you draw it

  • @CrushCards

    @CrushCards

    2 жыл бұрын

    Yes but you know what Imperm does going second? 👀 stop scythe. The last thing this deck needs is to not be able to stop scythe which is why there are so many immediate responses to it. Drawing imperm this format going 2nd is a massive interruption when scythe is everywhere.

    Yes but mathematically with your 6th card you have about an 80% chance of drawing an extender. This allows you to play even more so. There’s lots of ways too.. Sometimes you can even summon the token in atk and crash nib. If they continue you can droplet send nib for cost. You have a multiple of HTs in this deck & YOH should always play them accordingly, knowing your follow up & your lines as well. :)

    On your opponent’s turn if you’re able to prevent them from playing by using hand traps and then trouble Sunny’s effect. You’re usually left with 1 if not both red and blue links. (They just revive each other so it’s typically both.) Your turn comes around, any normal summon & blue become transcode. Red revive blue, pop a card. Blue & red make trouble sunny next to transcode. Transcodes passive eff gives itself & Trouble a 500 boost. Battle phase tag out and boom. GGs

    It depends. Against striker for instance, I’d side up 2 nib, 1 droplet, a password & an Imperm & board in 3 twin 2 cosmic. Ash, ogre still put in work. Just have to know your matchups

    Ummm You do realize transcode has to summon a cyberse link monster, twin links are fiend, and on top of that you cannot summon anything but cyberse the turn you activate his effect right?

  • @CrushCards

    @CrushCards

    2 жыл бұрын

    Yes I am actually very well aware of this as it’s super important. You’re never summoning off transcodes eff. You’re only making it generically with a twin & any normal summon. The twin brings back the other name THEN you’re fiend locked. I say the exact line in the video if you watch it and the effect of transcode is never activated. Everything is 100% legal. 🙏🏼 this is what we mean about knowing how to pilot the deck!

    So, I got a question, I am happy about everyone who wants to help me :D... I am at university, therefore my money is pretty sad to look at. I am thinking about starting with Yu-Gi-Oh and locals and stuff, besides I played when I was a kid like 15-20 years ago and started playing Master Duel with meta stuff. So, any tips and/or guidelines on how to start yugioh? Maybe a calculation how much money I have to spent to get like 1-2 decent decks and have fun at locals? I got some Battle of Chaos cards and bought 3 starter decks of the Monarch deck years ago, also an old blue eyes and cyber dragon starter deck, but thats all. I would appreciate ANY tip you have! thank you have a great day!

  • @CrushCards

    @CrushCards

    The best advice is to be smart with your money. Research the deck you want to play first. Okay it online & get a feel for the cards you like. The cards you don’t like. Is this something you can see playing for a a year or so? Is it a deck you enjoy? Don’t go buying product not knowing what you like. Know what you like before you buy. :)
