It's the dev build. If you want access, then do what supercell requires for you to have that access too. These guys have worked really hard for this.

No you can't. Maybe in a future update they will bring it. But right now the Th 16 is only level 1

Yeah its broken makes the game too easy

No one will play this in coming days. Because it takes too much long to upgrade.

Stuff might get nerfed but at least wait until we had a chance to play with it and adjust bases. So many screaming OP nerf it!!! grrrrrrrrr It will take months just for me to upgrade rage stone thing to max level. This video is of MAXED everything. of course it is powerful cause the bases have yet to adjusted. dev team tends to make stuff too powerful then nerfs too much. recent examples are super miners nerfed in cap raids now no one uses them. baby dragons in builder base now no one uses them and the classic witch nerf years ago in main base was still the epic crazy nerf. and of course the dozens of nerfs since.
