Suppose I got an income of rs 10000 and I deposited Rs 10000 cash in my SBI savings account, and the same I transfered to my ICICI savings account using phonepe, again I transfer the same to my SBI.Does my income will be consider as 30000 in income tax

Suraj income tax is payable on earning and not on bank transfers

I am a student and I have not any income source if I earn 2 lakh rupees from swing trading what is tax on this income

Kindly let us know how NRI STATUS calculated and how duration of stay in india calculated with respect to financial year, suppose 1 person stay 3 months before and after 1st April, for a total 6 months duration than how it will be calculated for tax, will it be applicable or if not than how that money that be exempted from taxation

Tax Guru Ji sir mere ca ne tds refund ke liye yeh kiya ki usne 2 saal ki fd se income 2018-19 mein show ki aur 2 saal ka tds bhi 18-19 mein claim kr dia ab mere pass 143(1)ka notice aaya hai unne mera koi bhi claim accept nhi kiya pls bataiye ab mein kya kru taki kam se kam ek saal ka refund tow mil hi jaye pls help

How much time it takes to settle online claim? As it was 19th of Dec 2019 when i had applied for it but still its under process.

Mahmood normally PF withdrawal claim takes 7-10 days to settle but due to delay on the part of PF department it may take up to 25-30 days time
