I live in an extremely rural town with a horrendous hospital. Their full aid bag has served me well on many occasions, kids blisters at a wedding, burns on the ranch, braced broken arms, and even stopped a huge bleed on a random hunter

An observation...why are there so many "high end" AR platforms that won't drop the mag free? That would be a deal killer for me.

Is that med kit a very large ouch pouch? I didn’t see any torni’s, seals, compressed gauze, quick clot, decompression needles. Obviously, you can config however you want it. Cool set up but I was expecting more…treat wounds stuff. Awesome vid Ivan! Keep up the content. I love your vids.

The mifac has a few Tq’s, quick clot and npa’s. I forget if there’s a chest seal but all the packaging is plastic with plenty of tape. No needle D but blue force gear sells them in their new version of the ifac

@KTW I disagree. You should know your limits. If you aren’t trained then don’t use the needle. But to not carry it when you easily could and someone else there may be trained to use them well I don’t think it would hurt to have that option available. You do you boo and remove someone trying to help.

@@ktw8911you don’t have a monopoly on helping my guy. Like I said if someone knows what they’re doing and you happen to carry the tools they need great if not don’t use it. Unless you can be at every scene everywhere at once discouraging people from carry equipment is wrong. If that was the case well shit just don’t help till you come hopefully it’s quick I mean why call 911 since it’s your scene you know what’s happened with that extra sense you have lol

when you turned around at 11 minutes you definitely see the shoulder harness flexing and bending. Not very ergonomic?

He has the rig itself set too low and that makes the harness sit high on his back, if he brought the rig up on his chest it'd drop the harness down on his back which I think he'd need. He did say he could adjust it more but he wasn't going to mess with it in that moment.

topical means it is placed externally (such as on your skin), rather than being ingested
