It had happened to be a "Bowler's Day" for me after taking a Fifer in the first match and 3 wickets in the second one!.
This is my first 5 wickets haul in this format of cricket.
Match 1 :
Bowling :Losing the toss we were allowed to bowl first. With 5 overs been completed I came in to bowl the sixth over.
First ball was a dot ball. This dot ball gave me some positive vibes, because last few matches I have been starting off with wide ball.
This encourages me to take a wicket in the second ball. After that I wanted to aim only the stumps & got the second wicket in the next ball.
But the third ball was slightly away from the stumps and was a little short, but still manages to pick that wicket and took my first Hat-trick wicket in my overall career.
Yet again took another in the next ball. And the last ball was a dot ball. I finished my first over with a wicket maiden.
In the second over, managed to bowl four dot balls in a row. The fifth ball went for a 2. Being my last ball of the over and the last ball of the innings(8thover), I was desprate for another wicket.
Just Focusing on the stumps and took my fifth wicket.
Batting : Didn't make much difference in batting. Got caught for 7 runs in 5 balls. But the team managed to put the score on the board and made it to victory.
Match 2 :
Batting : This time we batted first. Hard luck for me in batting in this match too! I was bowled for 3 runs. I never wanted to get bowled.
Bowling : Manages to get 3 wickets in 2 overs. Giving just 6 runs in my first over, I gave 19 runs in the second with few catches dropped.
The result of the match was a loss for us.
Overall I'm happy to give a comeback in my bowling❤️😊
