this is how I upgraded my 88 4runner ac from the factory mediocre system to a more modern system from a 2001 Tacoma. all info in this video applies to the 84-88 Toyota pickup and the 84-89 Toyota 4Runner.

You have a part number for that integrated condenser?
What AC sistem you have inside the cab? For more airflow
How the heck did you figure this out? And is it easier to get the parts?

Lots of research, and yes.
Did you eliminate the factory drier?

Yes. The new condenser has an integrated drier, so there is no reason to keep the original one.

@@ethandevonshire9554 I asked a guy who has a business that only does automotive HVAC work and he told me there is no reason to have 2 driers.

@@retro_88yota when i get my ac going again, im going to run a new condenser but also keep my factory aux condenser that the 4runners have and run a series of small electric fans to keep air going through
