After commissioning Officers go to their respective regimental centres for YO( Young Officers) course after their 21 days leave post Passing Out from Academy. After completing YO course they directly report to their battalion.

Detailed video/ information regarding topics and source of preparation are available on KZread To clear exam choose correct source ( ie right books) , do multiple revision, solve 5 PYQ and give mock tests .
