Either put a plywood cutout (wrapped in carpet) into it as a rigid floor, or sell it and invest in an inflatable motorized paddleboard. More expensive, yes, but you’ll have a more reliable watercraft with the same storage capabilities. Seeing your current setup just makes me nervous because I’ve seen how easy these things pop.

Nice to see this running. I have the 5 person Intex boat with the mount and a trolling motor but havent used it yet.

I have one just like it but I put a plywood floor in it with outdoor carpet around it with pipe insulation foam around the flooring then added two swivel seats on eight inch pedestals way more comfortable
