The Virgin Islands Coal Pot Cook Off was held on May 22, 2013.
The event was sponsored by The St. Thomas Historical Trust.
Music by Milo's Kings & Dancing by the Mungo Niles Cultural Dancers.
Larise Joasil, who interned at the Historical Trust came up with the idea for the Coal Pot Cook-Off. Seven chefs were invited to serve their best dish to compete for the Best V.I. Coal Pot Chef. Participant Chefs were:
