    County property? Of course it's county property, or city property or state property because it's a PUBLIC SIDEWALK. But ownership is moot. It's a sidewalk designed and intended for the PUBLIC to use, so you can't be told to leave unless the area has been closed to ALL of the pubic.

    My father is a retired police lieutenant. In the 70s, when I was a kid, he used to pick me up from school in his patrol car. Oftentimes, as we made our way home, lots of people would wave at my father and say, "hello!" I always had the sense that my dad was a very important man and extremely well-liked. Sadly, these days, very few people like or respect police officers. The abuse of power and the constant violations of the public trust has forever tarnished law enforcement's image. I wish they would get back to serving and protecting, instead of harassing and intimidating.

    It's interesting to me how differently people react to a camera, especially people in a position of power. For years I've watched the influence of auditors in places like Florida, Texas and California. Slowly, the knowledge is seeping into the mainstream. Then, some auditors started popping up in New Hampshire and Oklahoma. Finally, we have new, informed auditors popping up in Hawaii, New York, Illinois, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Indiana. (I mean credible PINAC Patriots, not attention-whores who bait cops) The precedent has been set. You will make a difference. It will take time and lots of patience on your part. Pls keep filming, your work is helping to shine a light and open their eyes. I appreciate your efforts to keep me, and my children, free from a total police state. (I've seen such places first hand.) B smart and B safe. Freedoms & Rights not exercised are Freedoms & Rights soon lost.

    " bait cops" lol Until you're able to get that concept out of your head, you'll never really be good at this. Subscribing to the notion that using a video camera to bait a cop is a variation of Stockholm Syndrome. Cops that can be baited by a camera are the problem, not the person wielding the camera.

  • @hoosierheartlandfreedomwat4208

    @hoosierheartlandfreedomwat4208

    TheProfessor Fate.. exactly. Also, It's law enforcement that does the baiting. They try to bait you into giving up your ID when it isn't required. They try to bait you into leaving public property when it isn't required. They try to bait into answering questions when it isn't required. Every time they're called out it's a fishing expedition and they do not like going back to the station without a catch.

    Little Brother The problem with you Auditors is this - you have no earthly idea what the constitution says, means, or how Federal case law changes the interpretation of one vague sentence in a constitutional amendment, among other aspects of constitutional law. Read Turner vs Driver to get an idea of how a high court has assessed the behavior of your garden-variety auditor. It’s very clear what rights law enforcement have when approaching a person filming any public building, especially jails, prisons, and law enforcement facilities.

    "Suspicious Activity" is an adjective in a sentence which any other word could replace it like your acting goofy in public. As a professional Law Enforcement Officer ask them what exact law are they trying to enforce because being suspicious is not against the law. Your RIGHT's do not outweigh his needs! When being questioned by a bully with a badge just ask them what your 5th Amendment right is? Over all an awesome audit, cool as a cucumber.

    I really love how any building older than about 80 years is classed as very old in the USA. It's such a different mindset to here in the UK where they would need 500 years at least to reach the "very" stage. Sign of a younger, maybe fresher, country.

    That cop or his supervisor should be fired asap. County property is not public? Terrorist activity for filming a building? Suspicion is a crime? God and they wonder why people dislike cops. They don't know the Constitution, rights. Thank you for upload!

    Another dumbass COWARD with a badge who thinks the Constitution is a fucking joke. I hope you have a lot of photographers come to your shitty town and take some pictures. The piss stains on this pussies pants, at the sight of a camera, tells us all we need to know about this lying badged douchebag! Time for an open carry so we can see him shit his pants!

    jacksprat418, right on! I'd love to see that prick initially one-on-one with a photographer. Then, before backup arrives, see him piss his pants when 1 or 2 dozen folks with cameras surround them in a tight circle, limiting his freedom to escape.

    Ask the officer "are you conducting an investigation?" If he answers "yes", ask him "am I the subject of your investigation?" Regardless of what his answer is, just tell them, "I'm not obligated to assist with your investigation and will not be doing so".

    I wish I had found this channel sooner since it seems like there isn't any new content in a few years. I have watched several videos and have to say how much I love his style, unlike so many auditors he refrains from entering buildings or lots and just videos from a public location and and remains calm but firm when the inevitable confrontation occurs.
