Another pro tip, paint adds weight. Only paint the left side body panel for left side weight bias. (Just trolling). Nice tips. Thanks!

You can do this with any 1rc car just look and figure it out for everyone wondering it's not very hard to figure this out to make it work for any 1rc car and I did it to all mine the 3.0 sprint edm modified and Midwest mod latemodel midget and silver crown cars I have two of each car 410 sprint which is run what you brung outlaw sprint class 360 sprints which is stock 1rc sprint crate latemodels super latemodels ump modifieds and big block modifieds silver crown is any motor you want and midget class is 1rc stock.

Your track might allow this, but most places state in their rules car must have everything equipped. You'll probably get away with the screws, but the nerf bar and top of the fuel tank are required. And they usually state the reciever must be in stock location. 🤷 anyone watching this best to check with your track rules.

My car still has all the stuff on it that you took off here, plus a regulator and its only tipping the scales at 268g

Is the EDM the same can you do the same with it

the edm is a different chassis. with that being said, if you look close, I'm sure you can find ways to cut weight.

Have couple of the asphalt modified there so many screws its unreal,car is pretty robust ,but geez

I had to add a full oz (28.3g) of weight to the asphalt modified to get it to handle well at speed on the stock softs at the local carpet track.
