@@avagray9705 coz Simon was using them for money making , they were not treated well , had a lotttttttt of pressure from the mgt.That's another reason why Zayn had anxiety,food disorder and other members also had it(the reason why Zayn left the band).They didn't had the freedom to create music or ideas of their likes/choices(unless approved by the mgt)They were neither supposed to talk anything bad about Simon while working with him nor express the anxiety and pressure they were feeling !!!!! Now Lou is planning to launch his own mgt company,may be it's because he don't want other future artists to suffer like him!
