Koi gadha hi hoga jo 95 lacs dekar 1 bhk kharid lega. Agar home loan lekar kharide lega to overall cost 1.5 crore ho jayegi.

For this flat size, ideal property price should be between 55-65 lac rupees. Not a penny more. Small bedroom, small kitchen, small balcony. Hall is Ok.

Plus recurring cost of property tax , electricity bill and water charges , even if you use the property only occasionally will be around 1 lakh per year , parking that much money in a bank fd will fetch 8 lakhs per year plus 2 lakhs saved on maintenance and municipal charges,that becomes 10 lakh per year , even if you spend a week 3 times a year , 20 nightsin a posh hotel in Mussoorie won't cost more than 8 thousand a night , foolish to even contemplate such an expensive holiday home
