I have this original bronze model but it's flange is smooth without the stepping. I bought it without a grip and put a new SeeMore Golf Pride grip. I love this thing! I really associate it with Zach Johnson. It's my "feel" putter when the greens are smooth and fast. Love it!

I'm a single digit index but my putting was killing me last season. I basically had no confidence and was missing a lot of 3-7 foot putts, often times be I was pulling or pushing them. I tried some different grips styles and cycled through some different putters but my problem persisted. My local Golf Galaxy had two SeeMore on their rack, and FGP20 (which is the updated version of this) and a 2021 Si2. After researching the putter and coming in to test it out a few times I ended up buying the FGP20. That thing really got me back on track. My alignment has improved and so has my confidence with those short putts. I was even able to cash in a couple local event with it. The FGP20 got my putting to a place where I could start using some of the other putters I own that I like better from a feel perspective with decent results. I plan on keeping it now as training aid and back up if my stroke goes awry.

These putters are very good for keeping the face square at impact. The rest is up too you! I own one still

Been using an FGP since 2000. All through Mini Tours and local Tournaments. I'm currently on my 4th one. I've tried Scotty's, Bettinardis and Pings and always come back to the SeeMore.

TGIF!!! Oh my another bullet for my wife's lawyer, because I can see an Ebay purchase in my near future. This putter just suits my eye. Thank you Mr. Vintage Golfer for reminding me. The old Titleist Dead Center putters of the early-mid 80's I believe also had line up lines on them to square the putters up. Anyway.......................

Odessey, Scotty Cameron, obviously Ping, those were the hot putters at the time and stilll remain top performers today. Then there were these, ,along with one called a HOG, that had a massive shaft, cobra, cleveland (designed by 8802 style), Phil Mickelson had that super short Yonex blade that looked like a Wilson 8802 who actually lost to Payne Stewart in that Open in a a playoff. These are great for visual alignment, if not a bit distracting, and it only really matters if the face is square at impact. Like to see vids on maxfli Australian blades and the Callaway X forged prototype tour authentic irons from around ten years ago, beautiful clubs!

Entertaining review, I could certainly game this putter in a vintage set. I'm partial to old Ping putters and have a few of them. Know you have reviewed the Ping Anser and maybe the Anser 2? I still use a Ping Anser 3 that I have had for nearly 40 years. Looking forward to what you have for your audience in 2022!

I recall what you did in the late 90’s relative to the seemore. Wanted one at the time but it did not happen. But never too late… Is the feel between the black and bronze looking putter any different? Are they the same but one is painted? Thanks.

I have one and think the idea of it is cool. But, since I don’t line up my putts in the center of my stance, and I use a forward press, I couldn’t really make use of it.

4:28 thank you for not showing us the full effect of your shoes, they always look too big for you. Good video!

I believe Zach Johnson was still using this type putter until switching to PXG.

not much of a curved ("rocker") sole on that SeeMore. i doubt Asio Aiokee (Sp?) could use this one if you know what i mean. hey that's an idea; take some strokes with that Aiokee hands low putter toe rocked back in the air pop stroke.
