The tent where you go and review all your RVs is somehow equivalent to a gymnasium you see in a school

Nice fridge and floors. The rear door is a nice touch. Outside finish looks flawless, especially for a 20 year old unit. I love the big clock. It makes it a little more homey.

We're not planning on it, but if you or anyone is interested, we have someone in the south we can refer you to that can do the conversion!

When should we expect you?

Wow $39k for a 21 year old ford Engine? I don't think you will go far away from home on that.

Love it as a lounging unit just don’t like the sleeping arrangement. I like a permanent, comfortable mattress to sleep on. I put one in my Roadtrek 190 popular and leave it in. Sharp looking van though and V10 is a reliable engine just thirsty.

Okay what's the best time on a clock ? It's 6:30 because it's hand's down easily...ha ha ha...

Agree with you. I would purchase a Nissan NV200 as you describe in a second. I do not understand why the U.S. market pushes the big, expensive RVs and ignore the market segment that wants an inexpensive, good gas mileage, weekender type RV for two people.

Okay...Have you ever tried eating a clock ??? It really is time consuming especially if you go for seconds...ha ha ha ha...

Not for $40,000, it 30 years old. Mechanically, the buyer will need to put money into this, and is the roof seal good as not having water damages. The wiring under the hood is probable getting brittle too. I wouldn't make an offer, down from 40 G's.

I do like it but I am a beast on wasted space and think you could do better

8 to 12 depending on terrain and your driving habits. Traveling around the US in style....Priceless!!

Funny joke...I saw the clock saying before 7ish...so was that early morning or in the evening ? The RV had lots of light in it...this will Google clock jokes....
