In 1999, my dad went train watching in Milwaukee Wisconsin. This was right in the middle of the transition from F40PHs to P40s. People with keen eyes will notice that the thumbnail is not actually a picture of one of these trains, but it’s one of the only pictures I have from this era of Amtrak. I hope you enjoy!
