Great information- thanks for sharing! I'm basically next door down here in Pearland. I'm doing some of the same upgrades right now. For the front speakers I put in Kenwood KFC-1066S 4" 2 way speakers I found on Amazon. There's no modification needed to mount them BUT it's a bit of a tight fit on the fixed screw holes, maybe need to wiggle the clips but don't need to redrill holes. Maybe you'll need some slightly larger washers for the slider holes and you're good. I want so bad to break the cc governor, but I've just bought the "Pierre Dal" LCD screen upgrade, and it has a visual gear indicator. My only bother is that flipping the pins might make the indicator read 4th. I guess I got to decide what I want more... thanks again and ride safe!

I've done the timing belts too... reach out if you have any issues. I didn't do it because I didn't know beforehand, but replacing the tension pulleys is a good idea too since if one of them fails it's the same damage to your engine as a broken belt.

Yes sir, one of the first videos I watched about the belts was from Herbie's Garage. He had showed he bought new tensioners and springs, so I figure if I'm in there might as well do it right per se then everything's good for another 100K and many years to come.

Question- do you like the Polk speakers? I was going to run out and buy them, but some reviews say they're not actually better than stock, no bass, etc; and even mention motorcycle and specifically Goldwing applications.

They sound good to me. I keep the tone knob about in the middle just so the sound is a little more crisp. Any other speaker setup I like lots of bass to hit for sure. But you have to realize in this particular setup the back speaker compartments are lacking space which is what you need to get good bass response. The stock speakers didn't have any better bass.

Hay brother I've watched all your videos and found most helpful, I'm needing to know in one of your videos you added a device to have Bluetooth for your stereo. Can you tell me the name of the device and where you ordered it from please. Be blessed and thanks a million

They were on the bike when I bought it. I believe they are a model from Kuryakyn.
