1997 Fiat Coupe Review
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
One of the biggest car lovers ever - John Stanley, sits behind the wheel of a 1997 Fiat Coupe and takes it for a road test. He reviews some of it's features, puts it's performance and handling to the test, as well as seeing how practical it is.

I own a fiat coupe 20vt, I've always wanted one because they simply are in a league of there own compared to any other sports car of that type. From every angle inside and out they look stunning and unique, the performance of my 20vt is insane. Me and my coupe will be together forever!
This car already is a classic, hold onto your 20v turbos and keep em in good nick!!! They are also genuinely fast cars, even today.
My dad got one of these for cheap a couple years back. It was a race car in its previous life, but its in pretty decent condition now. I’m taking my driver’s license in it and it’s a joy to drive.
I had a 1998 20V turbo model (220bhb) in Italian Racing Blue with Tan interior, god it was lovely and I still wish I had kept it. It was lightning quick if you wanted it to be but was also happy to pootle around the town with my kids in the back. In my opinion it was a supercar for family saloon money. If I could find a low mileage looked after model I would buy one for sure. Loved it.

Roger Frith agree. Just bought mine a few weeks ago (20v turbo plus) and it is a stunning car. I sold my 999s ducati for it without any regret. (The bike was also a brilliant vehicle but Coupe 20v t plus is my dreamcar since I saw in the 90’s).
The Fiat wasn't the "V8", it was the "8V".
"it is, by any standards, *a future classic* " I wish FIAT still made cars instead of horrid mutilation of design (500L and the new Panda)
Come on fiat, bring back the coupe and the barchetta

Nah, fiat is too much in debt for that
This review is so true.
I'll get one one day
The Fiat Coupé is a bit of a stunner to my mind, it was a decent looking but desirable Grand Tourer with a turbocharged 5 in-line machine under the cowling
There are beards. There are mustaches. There is hair.
I only know about this car because of Grand Turismo 2
if you can't afford a ferrari, then this car is for you to consider.
He wasn’t wrong!
I want one but I can't find a red one of good condition :(

The Actor David Thewlis has the same voice like this fella.
Bel test.
It is as quick as it breaks. Rather than that amazing car.
So nineties, that hair and suit😂
Hear hear
Fint 😁
Guarda Massimo Acciarri, che di cessi ne hanno fatti di peggiori.Guarda la tua macchina per esempio....sicuramente sarà una fottutissima Golf.
I got one red in 2001. A lot of good memories. I go to married with one e walk away wit the bride in this car. One year later a sell my coupê because we expect a baby. My son Francisco.
This is review is really bizarre lol
But a wise man never places his faith in Italian engineering.

Are you okay? Check out the Italian rally history. If their engineering were bad, they wouldn't be any successful in any way. And oh by the way, their designs are better than any other.

Rally drivers have a team of mechanics on standby to adjust, repair and replace when the need arises - private motorists don't, hence the reason why I no longer buy Italian cars. Once bitten, twice shy.

Well, 4 years ago my father bought me a fiat stilo (2003 one), and even though it driven 200.000 km (it was delivery vehicle before I got it) I didn't had a single engine failure at all.

But countless electrical faults.

Nothing at all. People said that this model is unbreakable. But even if it breaks down, the fiat parts in my country are dirt cheap, so I won't give up on fiat just yet.
