The o rings on the rear dtive chain are to keep the chain lubed and therefore cool. No thermal stress to shorten it's life and lengthen the chain. Clutch cover rubbing sound is motor mounts being worn and moving more when the motor is revved up and moves to the left and rearward when throttled, carb gives more gas, motor's centrifugal force forces it to move and the motor mounts aren't stiff enough to stop it from doing so, and as it moves backwards the other problem is that it makes it rub easier because it is not shaped correctly anymore and closer to the pulley and clutch belt from shrinking and deforming from heat as well... one way you can keep that from happening is don't let your machine sit in idle it where's your belt out causes it to glaze and be slick there for harder for it to grab an engage and also it not engaging makes friction which in turn makes heat and then turn again makes your damn clutch cover shrink and make that hideous ass noise LOL. I enjoyed your video regardless kind of like I got to know you a little bit there even if it didn't show any work on the machine. The best way to replace the chain is cut the first one off with a angle grinder and then Hughes a mechanic to replace it that you get for free by finding someone you know that has sense enough to work on your machine while you watch him or you can do it yourself but just make sure you buy the correct tool. My link separator and chain fixer kit was about a hundred bucks and I'm glad I bought the good one because I can fix any chain up to about a #49,000lb per link roller o-ring chain with it... ha...lol.

i have the exact same fourwheeler down to the tape over the clutch cover. turns out I had a bad motor mount bushing causing the motor to vibrate badly at low idle, rubbing a hole in the casing. try replacing that.

fir ya tires.. check around the local dealers and used stuff paper.. you can get like new take off tires for the very cheap...check your motor mounts.. they are usually the cause of broken clutch covers....also check the clutch to clutch alignment...usually goes off with a bad motor mount... i used to work for polaris
