The first year’s Z3 production of about 15,000 cars sold out before even arriving at the BMW Dealerships.This special and limited James Bond edition Z3 was a promotion in Nieman Marcus’ famed Christmas Catalog where originally, only 20 where produced and exclusively offered to lucky buyers. Due to the overwhelming response, BMW produced 80 more totaling 100. This was the first car ever featured in the Nieman Marcus Christmas Catalog and is in the same Atlantic Blue and Taupe leather livery as 007's Goldeneye Z3.
