Dude! Thank you so much for this video. My 95 F150 was shifting the same. I took it to a local trany shop in Centralia and they said it had debris in the pan and needed a $4600 total rebuild. I declined and said I'd come pick it up. Further investigation at home showed they never touched the pan. I was beyond pissed. Looked for a junkyard trany but had no luck. Watched some of your videos and found this one. $35 TPS fixed all issues. Thanks again. Keep it up!

Replaced my TPS with OEM. I try to always use Motorcraft parts. Aftermarket parts are inferior

Did you check the volts from the TPS? Does it need to be calibrated? Would love to see a video of you checking the voltage when it’s idle and fully open. I’m having trouble getting my TPS calibrated. If you could please show how you do it using a multimeter 🙏 EIL5 😂

Ew aftermarket parts lol hope it works well and stays fixed tho. I've started only buying sensors from the dealer and most parts in general. The quality is worth it, love the parts guys at my local dealer too. You can call them needing any part and they know what it is immediately

The bolts on the cover over the throttle cable are 7mm or 1/4 inch on mine.

It sounded like it was running fine when you drove it in?

My smog failed due to IDLE SPEED…1988 f150 302cc Tinkered around with Timing, new distributor…any more tips ? Smogged last year
