@@ghostlegit yea but you’re comparing to all the muscle cars around. IN 95, to have this thing, you were shittin on everybody literally. Shit had like 325lbs of torque in a 3400lb car and an old school 6 speed tremec with opti spark. Shit was as hard as it got for the 90s bro

@@Yomarshell heads and cam on an LT1 tuned right with a ported stock intake will yield 400 no problem. Their design if I’m not mistaken is not much like the LS and more similar to an SBC so not as easy to make power. But definitely a step in the right direction from the 92 or 93 corvette then camaro

You guys are brilliant!! I'm pulling the trigger on my 02 avalanche this week. Its the triple converter, straight piped the rest of the way with a double wall stainless dual tip. Sounds great with no cackle (important) but I need to quiet it a bit and retain the low rumble. What muffler and better to pipe it in as far forward or rearward in the straight section of pipe? About 4' to deal with. "Jones" was a company you mentioned, but I am unfamiliar. Thanks, guys!!

@Dennis Burger the only lt1 during the 90s time period that had the aluminum heads was only found in the Camaro and corvette all the other cars that had a lt1 had iron heads! The lt4 and lt5 had aluminum heads too

Dude should check his voltage and oil pressure. My 95 soft top camaro is 1/3 higher on both gauges

That exhaust sounds like absolute shiiiiiite. Throwing a garbage can off a roof onto concrete would sound better than that. They should be ashamed to drive it sounding like that. Perhaps it's intended for the demolition derby?
