Easier to install the main nozzle tube first then the o-ring, gasket next then jetblock slides over the main nozzle tube-the most important jet to clean is inside the jetblock (37.5) pilot jet and also the main bleed pipe should be taken out---underneath the jetblock the passages should be sprayed out and cleaned. -also there is an o-ring that goes around the screw that drains the float bowls. I would not recommend using any Chinese kit as the slide diaphragms are flimsy and only last a short time.

But at only $30:00 for all 4 carbys it’s a cheap rebuild kit I hope the rest of the videos will continue to help you Thank you always KR

In Japan we don't have much chose of anything when it comes to car or bike repairs because no one does it. But Ive been lucky to source some good places now to get stuff. The tins I use are brake cleaner. so compressed air with an evaporative cleaner. They are great. I find better cleaners when I go home to Australia but in Japan its the best I have been able to find. KR

Do those hex head screws have a size that can be used for ordering.? Seems like a much better program.
