Those screws on the driver door look like the same pattern as the mirror mount. A previous owner probably relocated the mirror at some point
The screw holes are original mirror mount points. I guess a previous owner moved the mirror to the base of the windshield to drive with the doors off.
In my opinion about this car is that the manual windows have bulletproof glass because looks like an armored vehicle
