The famous TZ flat tracker was a TZ700 not a 750. Doug Swarma's Champion Frame was given just the engine jig up a frame for the bike of fame. Six original bikes were built. Champion Frames test mule ridder was Rick Hocking who tested it at Ascot. All six ran at the San Jose Mile. Kenny Roberts, Rick Hocking, Skip Askland, Steve Baker, Randy Cleek and I forget the other rider. I used to have a poster of all six on the bikes on the back straight away in paint the paint and flying!

They needed a Yamaha tz750 powered bike to stir the pot.
