Had a dream with my old (catless) E420 last night. Somebody else was driving her at full throttle, and the M119 V8 was singing. For anyone who doesn't know, it is just a smaller version of what's in the 500E/E500. Fantastic engine.

This masterpiece of a machine has the best sounding engine ever for a sedan. I remember experiencing these on the Autobahn in the late 90's..

I agree with you! Modern Mercedes is a beautiful candy wrapper. Which, taking advantage of the glory of Mercedes of the past, is currently low-quality crap, like many other manufacturers (+/- everyone has equally crappy unreliable cars now). The modern auto industry can only serve as exhibition samples.

Wo siehst du das der Motor kalt ist? Die Temperatur Anzeige kann man doch garnicht vollständig erkennen im Video 😁
