1991 Mercedes-Benz 560SEC AMG Walkaround

This 30k-mile 560SEC was given most of the AMG treatment when it was sold new to Stacey King of the Chicago Bulls. Two owners and 27 years later, it's time to find the car a new home with another enthusiast. The car is being auctioned on Bring A Trailer in the coming weeks.

You know why he never changed the suspension? It’s got hydraulic suspension system and very few people know to work on it. The car is a beauty though and if that’s the real mileage then that’s truly amazing. I want it!!!

This one did not have hydraulic suspension. AMG installed their own AMG-branded Bilsteins and custom springs, so working on it is like any other coil-sprung car. New suspension never got installed due to a lack of time, but did go with the new owner. The original AMG Bilsteins are super rare though, so I hope they are kept. Thanks for the nice words, you'll have to fight with the new owner for it now ;-)

Just ugly! Look at the same bumpers on other cars like the BMW m635csi or the jaguar xjs, it kills the beauty !!!

This sold for close to 1 million !
