    Marion Butts was the league's leading rusher headed into week 16 and missed the last 2 games and was still finished less than 100 from Barry Sanders who won the NFL rushing title.

    McNair's screen to set up the GW FG. Oh my! As a current 39 year season ticket holder, that singular play has a special meaning. It clinched a playoff berth and with a team that had a chance to advance (the 1986 team wasn't and didn't go anywhere). I can remember running into the front yard at my Mom's in Liberty, MO and making snow angels. RIP Coach Schottenheimer. HOF worthy.

    In late December it happens about every 3rd year or so... when there were still Orange groves, they had to use smudge pots and tall large slow spinning air circulating fans with 10ft blades, on nights that got below freezing.
