I'm guessing the brumby doesn't come with an overflow tank, as you have added one, and mine does not have one. Does this mean I fill direct into the radiator? What happens with the expanded water, you just lose that to the ground through the rubber expansion pipe? Thanks

Just keep topping it up in the radiator. yes it dumps overage on the ground.
