1988 was last year GM sold a car with a carburetor so this is a great car for a collector to preserve it
This is a good score! I bought my grandmother's 1970 Monte Carlo from my dad in 2001, and working to keep it on the road. She's a stubborn thing, but do enjoy driving it around!

I had the 85 T-Type regal , Old bud had the 87 MC SS 305 sounded nice but under 200 hp from a V8... The turbo regal in 85 had 200hp 300tq crazy. I did like the style of the MC Nascar style
To this day I regret selling my 85’ SS but life happens and you have kids. What a beautiful car.
Love these Montes and the Buick GN. My wife told me she wouldn't ride in one. Thinks they are ugly. I guess I would just cruise by myself. Beautiful car! Don't know where vanguard finds these cars but they seem to have nice ones. Too bad. I'll never buy from another dealer

This Monte is beautiful, however I'm not sure about the price, even with the super low miles. I own an almost identical 87 with t tops, original paint, etc. Had 64000 miles when I bought it 7 years ago, now just over 70000. While mine isn't quite this nice, it's pretty close. Mine was well cared for by 2 previous owners. I have won 9 trophies including a best of show. I paid 8000 dollars for mine.
