Sowas sollte es wieder geben. Den elektroscheiß will doch keiner haben. Diesen polo in neu würde ich definitiv kaufen.

Gab es doch lange Zeit und heißt VW Lupo und auch Polo mit 3 Zylinder tdi und 75Ps. Die bewegen sich auch ganz gut vorwärts im Gegensatz zu dem Polo.

Das Auto hat nur etwa 40 PS und bietet kaum Dämmung oder sicherheitsrelevante Ausstattung. Beim Überholen auf der Landstraße stellt es eine Gefahr für andere dar, da es leistungsmäßig keine Reserven hat. Der angegebene Verbrauch kam nur zustande, weil das Auto extrem langsam bewegt wurde. Unter Vollast und Vollgas verbraucht es immer noch etwa 5-7 Liter Diesel pro 100 Kilometer. Es verfügt über kein Radio oder andere Extras. Persönlich würde ich niemals solch ein Fahrzeug benutzen. Wenn es das Gewicht eines modernen Kleinwagens hätte, würde der Motor genauso viel oder sogar mehr verbrauchen als ein modernes Auto. Als Vergleich: Ein Suzuki Swift Sport mit 140 PS(Benziner) wiegt etwa 1000 kg und verbraucht im Durchschnitt nur 6,4 Liter. Gerade wegen der geringen Leistung würde man mit dem Polo kaum Fahrspaß im Alltag haben und den Verkehr eher behindern, wenn man versucht, die angegebenen Verbrauchswerte zu erreichen. Nehmen wir mal an, er wäre mit 5 Leuten beladen und dazu noch einen Hänger ziehen würde. Ich glaube, dass die Kupplung innerhalb von 10 Minuten durchbrennen würde.

Da blättert nichts ab. Der Motorraum wurde von VW randvoll mit Dämmmaterial gestopft. Dachte damals auch das die total vergammelt sind, ist aber nur das Dämmmaterial.

downsizing aus den 80ern .... :D echt witzig der gekürze motor auf 2 Zylinder .... heute wieder eine innovation 3 zylinder mit zylinderabschaltung auf 2 ...UARGH !!!! wenn man gewollt hätte wären wir heute mit autos unterwegs die wahrscheinlich 1 liter auf 100 km verbrauch haben.... damals in den 80ern gabs doch den Versuchs-audi der auch nur n paar liter verbraucht hat bei keinerlei einbußen ....

The car only has around 40 hp and offers hardly any insulation or safety-related equipment. When overtaking on country roads, it poses a danger to others because it has no reserves in terms of performance. The stated consumption only came about because the car was moving extremely slowly. Under full load and full throttle it still consumes around 5-7 liters of diesel per 100 kilometers. It has no radio or other extras. Personally, I would never use such a vehicle. If it had the weight of a modern small car, the engine would consume as much or even more than a modern car. For comparison: a Suzuki Swift Sport with 140 hp weighs around 1000 kg and only consumes 6.4 liters on average. Precisely because of the low power, you would hardly have any fun driving the Polo in everyday life and would rather hinder traffic if you tried to achieve the specified consumption values. Let's assume it was loaded with 5 people and was also pulling a trailer. I believe the clutch would burn out within 10 minutes.

The vw lupo 3l has 3 cylinders and 60hp. It reaches 90mph/150kmh when needed and has a radio and modern safety features. I dont accellerate quickly, but I dont need to. On constant full throttle on the autobahn im at 4,4L/100km at around 90mph/150kmh. Im really not a hindrance. Tomorrow I will take another 450km long road trip. If i could get a 2 cylinder engine I would!

@@nutzeeer everything is correct. But you then have to move such a vehicle slowly, which then represents an obstacle or even a danger for other road users. A Golf 6 2.0 TDI, if driven appropriately, only uses a maximum of 5 liters. but has significantly more power than the Lupo. Imagine you build the Lupo 3L engine into a Polo of today, you'll easily consume 6 liters of diesel. In addition, the Golf has more power, more torque and, for its weight, significantly lower consumption than the Lupo. The 3L Lupo was an extremely slow car, especially when accelerating. Which can be dangerous when overtaking. Strangely enough, this is never mentioned. I once had a B Corsa myself, with a 1.2 liter engine and 45 hp. When I drove slowly, I was even able to get it under 5 liters even though it was a gasoline engine. If I moved it normally, without being an obstacle to others in traffic, it quickly amounted to between 6.6 and 9 liters of petrol

@@sledgehammer1603 i dont overtake often. i dont need to. only the acceleration is slow. the top speed is quite fine. i can cruise at city speeds while using 3l. its really quite bad how modern cars use more fuel than older ones.

Men this was a concept car !!! They tried to push the boundaries of what was possible at that time, it wasn’t meant to be driven as a daily or to overtake or whatever shit you’re on about….

wenn der nicht so viel erzählen würde, könnte man sich auch auf das bewegtbild konzentrieren... löl schon ärmlich. sprache verschlagen oder was wenn man keine ahnung von videos machen hat, sollte man es sein lassen
