1987...Nascar was growing by huge leaps and bounds...
That short track is the Senoia Raceway about 30-45 minutes west of AMS, which went to pavement after this, but the pavement was ripped up in 2010 and operates to this day as a 3/8ths of a mile dirt oval.

Been to Senoia many times. I did not realize that commercial was filmed there. I figured they did it at the Talladega short track.
