It's not a choke, it's to activate the parkingbrake. Choke works elektric. I've got a very nice Spacy 125 for sale in Holland.

@@Xonster you're welcome. Be careful with this cable, only pull out when using force on footbreak.

I have this exact same scooter, drive it to work when I have to go into the office. Hit 6580 miles the other day. I can get it up to 63 on a flat straight road.

Oh my God! I would love to find one of these! Take good care of it.

You need to depress the foot brake to start the scooter. Check your rubber intake manifold. They always crack on top.

I have one of these old beasts. The piston was so scratched up and smashed it was burning 1oz a mile of oil. Smoking soooo bad and had a speaker wire wrapped around between the plug and cdi. And I could still hit 55mph with 2 people on it.. !

Honda's the best, with good maintenance it should run for a very long time. I still drive 1990 Honda Civic.

That's DEFINITELY NOT an 1987. It's either an 85 or 86. Look under the bike at the VIN.
