Are you a sahaja yogi? If you are not then this confusion will only get clear by doing sahaj yoga. And also surrender Your self for this yoga because if you keep doubting it you wont be able to get self realization Im not saying follow anything blinding but if you really want to experience something extra ordinary which i cannot put into words ...come in sahaja yoga.
