@@vikrantsood2053 Go and meet the riot victims. By genocide, we mean targeting a people from particular community or religion. The slogan "Blood for Blood" is one example why it was a genocide. Govt sponsored genocide is a better way to terming it. Please go and meet the riot victims, you will find out truth yourself. It didn't just happened in Delhi. It happened in almost all states. Official acceptance of more than 3000 "Sikhs" killed in just 3-4 days in Delhi state only is not a small thing. Does it look a riot to you? Why only Sikhs were killed then? And the sad part is the justice hasn't been given yet. Even the judiciary accepts the role of govt in this.

But unfortunately, only a handful of the goons had been convicted, rest are roaming freely. Let's hope, the govt takes fast action on these goons, and put them behind bars asap.

As always we escape from the realities in the narration: 1. Rajiv Gandhi ordered it 2. Yes ordinary hindus did not come out to perform the acts of killings but their consent powered it 3. Many people tried to save the Sikhs but rumours like the water tank has been poisoned by the sikhs and that hindus are being massacred in punjab (an absolute lie) were propgated to take any sympathy towards sikhs away 4. Goons from haryana and other areas of delhi were invited, the way the killings were performed it seemed it was rehearsed. Police were involved 6. you are very right. it was rehearsaled in Gandhi maiden in nagpur by Rajiv Gandhi. He gathered thousands of goons and trained them providing all materials, tyers and fire chemicals. Actually it was planed political mudder. Why she was not wearing her bullet proof jacket, Where was the ambulance driver, he was not on duty in duty hours. Why Indra gandgi was brought to Aims, A renowned hospital was near to her residence. why Beant Singh was killed cold blooded after 30 minutes of this incident. Why he was not present to the court. There was a non Sikh shooter, Which is accent in this episode till now. one Bombay newspaper claimed this on 1 Nov 1984, but all the copies were recorded and damaged.

Killing a politician or a person cannot be a solution. If public wants to punish a politician for a minor crime for which life term punishment could be awarded, they should not vote for him/her, whereas if the politician's crime is so heinous that deserve capital punishment, public should boycott that entire party.

A small suggestion Instead of “us tareek se judi” may be “aaj ki tareek se judi” will sound better.

This is basically a toned down version of the actual event. The government planned and funded this pogorom. It was one of the worst genocides committed by government. Even kids as young as 6 months were not spared, they were tossed into fire by the mob. Eyes were gouged by lambu doctor while people were alive. Unspoken horrors were faced by mostly poor sikh population areas such as trilokpuri. Police actively participated in the genocide and even confiscated weapons of sikhs to make them vulnerable to the attack and shot people who were trying to protect themselves or their families. Government documents were provided to the mob to identify and mark sikh properties. Young girls were raped and families were torched in front of children. May good bless these lost souls and those who did this rot in hell.
