A VW Mexico Beetle, build in 1983 in Puebla, has a motor hatch without extra cooling stripes/holes. The steering wheel has a big center plate for the accustic warning signal; this steering wheel is from a Golf 1. And where is the red warning light for the break fluid on the right side nearby the central speed Instrument?

You cannot bring that in America past US Custom.’s . It doesn’t meet US Federal Regulations to be registered in America.

That's false. This car falls under the 25-year import law, so it can be legally imported without meeting regulations or anything like that.
