Building this bike had so much inspiration and conviction, sweat and literally tears. I dedicated this build in honor of my late parents.........i miss and love you both!

Brother I am so jealous of you right now that Yamaha XV920R is so unbelievably bad ass man! that is really really cool! It would definitely snap my neck if you would drive by me, I am actually trying to get my hands on an 81 xv920r myself for a special build, absolutely gorgeous build brother very very well done

Beautiful bike man! I have 82 XV920 with straight pipes and a pod filter, but cannot get the darn carbs to tune right. I've pulled the carbs off the bike a half dozen times playing with jet settings and can't seem to get it right. At an 1/8 of a turn, the bike pulls but then starts to sputter with no power. My jet settings are 50 and 142s, one washer under the needle jet, and 3 turns out on the screws. Would you mind sharing your jet settings or any tips/advice? Thank you, Al

Hey thanks....i remember having mains of 135 in the front and 140 rear...as far as the main jet, i believe i have 42's at 2 3/4" turns out. Yah i get you man, there's alot of trial and error involved with an altered/modified exhaust/air setup. I did try the colortune when i was tuning and it helped in a way.

Hi, Did you have to modify the swing arm to accept the wider rear wheel? Bike look great!

@aliaslupe, no, there's no modification to the swingarm, as long as you have a chain setup, you can fit 180, even 190 will fit. All i did was order a set of front and rear offset sprockets.
