Modern engines need a crossover pipe and this right here is the perfect example of why.

The 7.3 fits the bronco like bread and butter

I love the truck, but honestly, the exhaust tone can be better. 100% needs an x pipe or h pipe.

It need's a crossover of some sort, and needs to be tuned to fix that surging idle. Otherwise it looks like a super clean swap

Yeah, that engine isn't quite ready for prime time. Whoever installed it still has bugs to work out. I also think the exhaust is obnoxious...needs a crossover pipe to tone it down. Nice toy otherwise.

I owned a 92 Bronco 5.8 , in 08 when gas became $4 a gallon I let it go now I would love to have it back and plant a 7.3 Godzilla under the hood

Whoever put the exhaust on before you guys did amazing work!. Galvanized painted welds and everything. Top notch. P.S. Those mufflers are AP Xlerators.

The Godzilla even sounds like a 460 big block to me, it has that old school roar that an LS just doesn’t make.

Absolutely awesome.. I got a 1990 Ford van with only 50k miles I plan on doing a Godzilla swap on and customize it going back to a 70s style paint and interior scheme! Doing a crown Vic front end swap and 4 link rear. These coyotes and Godzilla engines make unbelievable resto mods . Ford has it in the bag with these engines now, they make these older cars come alive!!

The intake filter has no box around it meaning it's sucking in the hot air and dirt from the engine bay.

Man, if I was gonna put a 7.3 in a classic bronco it sure wouldn't be a gasser.

Loved my 7.3. Not so much the 10 spd. But to be honest getting 380 miles out of a 34 gal tank got old quick. Empty! Loaded even less

@@techs1smh13 it shouldnt be shocking i suppose. Its the largest engine by any mfgr offered. It was designed to provide tremendous torque at a bargain. The truth is i didnt need its abilities. Modern day half tons are extremely capable and i chose to go back that route. In the end a truck is a tool not an extension of your personality as so many ppl think. And a 3/4 ton truck or higher used as a DD, unladen most of the time, is a pretty terrible choice just to boost ones ego

@richvangorder3900 duramax engings only have one turbo. Mine is 20 years old. It's also a non emissions standard. It makes approx 750-800 ft lbs at tire and 450 hp at tire . Comparison there is non.

Very cool but I'd prefer a 7.3 powerstroke.

My buddy had a 78 Ford bronco 7.3 he had the same mother and so loud 20 Inc tips

I had one these, 79, bbf, g2g B.W t-case, 4core rad from a camper edition ford p/u, motor still under warranty, new paint, 4spd trans, new clutch, new lights, mrk111 interior, longtubes, full exhaust, cams, head work, intake, it was all done and all new. Lord, I miss it so much. I sold it bc I was hurt and needed the money.
