I bot one of these in 1974 without the stripping. Fun car to drive, at about 90 mph the spoiler would become effective, and it would hug the road like a slot car. Used to race BMW's on HWY 128 around Boston.

I had a 1974 Z28 Camaro, if you had an automatic then it was only a turbo 400. All 1970-74 Z28's used the turbo 400 if it was optioned with an automatic transmission.

Such a beautiful car. I personally prefer no stripes with Z/28 badging.

I have two '74 Z28's. One is an LT/Z28 manual car and the other is a rather plain Z28. The plain car does have the "call out" decals and a black vinyl roof; both cars are the Bright Yellow color. I believe the call out graphic deletes the Z28 trunk and fender badging.

That just looks like the 74 LT didn’t have the Z 20 emblems on the fenders like every 74 I’ve seen they have the Z28 on the fenders but when they say LT on the side that’s an LT it doesn’t say Z 28 with the tape on striped and anybody could put tape on stripes Z 2574 come with 28 on both fenders

All of our research based on the cowl tag information showed that this was a true Z28 numbers matching car. The car at some point had seen a repaint and likely did not have the fender Z28 emblems installed afterward. Thanks for the view! Cheers!

1974 Z28 Type LT with the graphics package on the hood/deck lid and center rear spoiler did NOT have Z28 emblems on the fenders. Only Type LT emblems on both rear sail panels and right side of tail panel. I didn't see enough in the video to say that it's a real 74 Z but the exterior markings are correct.
