Hi World Numismatic News. Looks like the 1971s penny in my proof set does appear to have the detail of the bow tie as described in the end of your video. Need to put it under a high mag optical microscopy for further inspection. Thanks for putting the great info together and have wonderful evening.

Could you do an episode on the 1943 steel pennies? One that focuses on varieties and errors versus the off metal planchets?

I have a 1971 penny, brown in color, with no mint mark, that has the # 1 missing in the number 19 and the 't' is partially missing and the y is smudged in the word liberty, do you think it would be worth any thing?

I have a 1971 D Lincoln cent that appears to be doubling on both obverse & reverse or what really looks like is that it was minted over another coin. If you look closely at the area of Lincoln's coat upside down there are numbers & an 8 is clearly visible... Do you know of any other being mentioned??

Hard to tell if there is doubling on your proof sets, so having said this would you know if people who buy proof sets take them apart, look at them then send them in to get graded? Just curious Thank you!

I found a 1971 penny (not sure of mint mark) with a blob where the mint mark goes is that anything?

I'm wondering if there's a list by year that will show the coins that have high-value and then show the ones that might have errors. I have my coins broken down per year 1943 41 42 43 and so on so I wanted to be able to have a list next to me with the year Circle that would have high-value and then have a checkmark to the ones that might have errors so I could check them first. Seems like the more I look at videos the more coins I find both of these classifications. But I cannot find a list that has them all in order. I must have watched 500 videos and I take notes on each one but didn't everything is all scrambled up Anneliese different pages. I just want to list with the years so I can Circle them on my thing and search them first

I found an incased 1971 no mint double edge on the low part and so thin it isnt there on top i dont know what its called should i take it out its been in there since 1971 from the bank as a souvenir farmers and merchant bank
