1971 Ford Galaxie 500. 351ci V8, 32,500 miles,1 owner car from new, all original car including paint. Garage kept al its life and has never seen a Canadian winter. The Car was purchased in Calgary Alberta and was shipped to the UK via Vancouver

One of my favorite cars ever. The first time I saw one on tv I thought it was a Thunderbird. My parents bought one new in October of 70. It was light green with a black/or dk green vinyl top. It is very rare to see one with the steel top. These are great cars IMO, and I hardly ever see them around anymore. Back in the day there were two on each side of the street....lol. They look better every passing year. It's nice to know other folks appreciate them.

My mom had a 71 galaxy 351 windsor. 2 door HT. nice car first car i ever drove on open road..
How do people react to this car in England? Goodness gracious! It is pure Americana.

There are quite a few American Classics in England but they are definitely conversation pieces when they are parked up
