Amazing original condition. My dad bought the 1973 TR5T twin, and he rode it a lot. I kind of took it over and started riding it at age 16. Stripped it down and flat track raced it at 19. Put the lights back on and rode it until I wore it out when I was around 25. The chassis is the same and it is a great handling bike. I could drag the foot pegs on the street and beat anyone with a 500cc street bike, even with the trials tires.

BSA was a completely different motor than the Triumph single or twin. Stock both brands are pretty weak, but they can be built to really rip. I know a guy in Florida that races two 441 BSA in AHRMA and is more than competitive.

These Engines must have a Carrillo Conrod fitted as the original one will let go, I know quite a few bikes where this has happened and when it does break it causes one hell of a mess. Just my two cents. Cheers.
