Andy Nixon this one is actually a 1971. If the plate in the engine bay says 105.26 it is a 1971 or if it says 105.28 it would be a 1970 Giulia Super.

Sweet. I have a 69 Giulia Super. 7500 miles. And recently bought a 69 Duetto for $1.00. Yes, $1.00. Needs work but still a beauty. 7000 miles. Friend told me about it when he saw in a farmers yard. (Calgary, Alberta) Will get it back to original.

It looks EXACTLY like my '67, color, everything - except, where are the mirrors? Are you sure this is a '70? I bought mine for $500. Spent $8500 over 21 years. Daily driver. Sold it for $10,000 as it needed new blood.

It breaks my heart to see such a beautiful italian car registered in Italy on original plates, exported in to the United states. A LOT of car have been sold and exported to foreign countries for tax purposes. But, hey, that's what Italy is now and has been for the past decade or so........a SHIT HOLE.

@@jimmygrant3212 and why do people want them so bad? Because alfa romeo and other italian car manufacturers were so ahead in those years that not only they created beatiful cars, they were also the most technologically advanced. For example, whilst most manufacturers were offering cars with a 4 gearbox and the fifth gear only as an option for certain models. Guess what, in 1962 the giulia came out standard with a 5 speed gearbox. And with a tail design that reduced vortexes, hence lowering the drag coefficient. And it was just a standard saloon, with the perfect base for an ass - kicking race car. This is just to say that Italy was home to great and genius people. But now it's NOT so car-friendly anymore. This car it's not so affected by taxes but other which are less than 30 years old have been exported because they had to pay tax again and people just couldn't afford it.

MrBirba2011 4 speed was put in the Giulia in 1962 in the Ti and I also believe they still offered column shift then too which was only 4 speed.

if youre a Country that makes cars , you have to sell them so the Economy of the Country Survives. Italy will bea 2rd World Country without Exporting locally made cars. Food ,Fashion and tourism isn't enough to sustain the Economy. Remember ! Manufacturing Bussiness Bible = Sells and more Sells

My father , who is ninety , has one identical to this one still in his garage in Italy. His is from 1969, still with the original white paint and upholstery. BISCIONE VERDE , same car used by the Italian Carabinieri and Police all the way to the early 1980s. One day I will bring it to the U.S. and sell it here in Florida where I live.
