1969 Plymouth Roadrunner for Sale at Coyote Classics

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

Beep-beep! Plymouth's legendary Road Runner made for the ultimate muscle car. The formula was simple: take a common and inexpensive bodystyle, strip out all the unnecessary bits, lower the stance, widen the tires, and drop in a massive powerplant that's sure to light up the rear axle at any time. This 1969 Road Runner is no exception, powered by a formidable 383 C.I. V8 breathing through a 4-barrel carburetor and a "Coyote Duster" air filter. Torque is stomped into the pavement through an A-727 "Torqueflite" 3-speed automatic transmission, sure to put a smile on your face as this Road Runner speeds down the highway. Additionally, with only 79,015 believed-to-be original miles on the odometer, this '69 Road Runner has got plenty of life left in it! The exterior is bathed in a gorgeously-correct "Surf Green Metallic", which covers this Plymouth's laser-straight, curvy bodylines wonderfully after being buffed to a brilliant shine. It's an older paintjob, only repainted once, but it still looks fantastic! Complimenting black matte rally stripes pair to that "Surf Green Metallic" beautifully, and the chrome brightwork gleams exceptionally in the sun. Furthermore, the floors, frame, trunk and jambs are all rock-solid and in great shape! Opening the large twin doors reveals a stunningly-original green vinyl interior, complete with appealing comfy bucket seats, a full center console, and added woodgrain trim for additional luxury flair! There's plenty of options on this '69 Plymouth, including power steering, Hooker headers, a positraction rear axle, an original AM pushbutton radio, an aftermarket tachometer, factory gauges, under-dash aux. gauges, a heater + defroster, vent windows, a driver's-side chrome mirror, and a mean-sounding Flowmaster dual exhaust system. The car rides on a sleek set of 15" American Racing TT wheels over B.F. Goodrich RWL tires for a classic, muscular appearance! With a combination of great power and good-feeling suspension, this '69 Plymouth runs, drives, and handles extremely well. For sure, this Roadrunner is just waiting for the chance to get back out onto the road, and we think you'd look pretty good outrunning Wile E. Coyote behind the wheel.

My first car was in High School in 74. It was a 69 Road Runner, Bright Blue with a black vinyl top, 383 with the coyote air grabber system, Automatic on the center console, Wish i still had it....😭

I came there on a Saturday to look at a pickup. Erin didn’t show up so I dealt with Dalton. Went down the road a couple miles with Dalton driving the hell out of it. Turned around and again ripped back to the dealership. I was there to buy but did not. Couple reasons why I didn’t. My sales person didn’t let me know she wouldn’t be there. She could have text me. Another I felt like the test drive was rushed didn’t want to deal with me on a Saturday. Lastly I didn’t even get a chance to drive the vehicle. So my experience at coyote classics was not a very good one. I hope future buyers have a better experience.

That`s a clean car, nice and straight, I love the green on green, I owned a 70 383 air grabber car, I seen a lot of raod runners as a teen, I never seen one with bucket seats, those were for the GTX, you had to order buckets, even my 70, which was ordered with burnt orange interior, was a bench seat car, a bucket seat console road runner is pretty rare.
