Un REAL ride !!! In '69, a new neighbor moved in, Cars, blue VW for the wife (she was cute) and an orange Road Runner, 383, 4 speed. Short time later, she's gone along with the Road Runner and a K5 Blazer is there. i was 12 in '69. Life goes on. btw, i loved the comment at 7:00 or so. 'I'd never want to listen to the radio. Had a '72 Step Side Chev C-10, three speed, QJet and dual exaust. When i bought it in '85 tunes meant alot . Truck got to where i hardly drove it. When i did, cassette player died. didn't matter. oh, i Donated this running (needed a water pump and rotted tires replaced) truck in '12.

I had a 69 Road Runner back in the early 70's. Silver with black stripes. 383 with a Hurst 4 speed. Power nothing. Wish I had it now. Sold it to a relative in Texas and he got drunk and totaled it six months later.....those were the days!

Brings back memories.... I had a 1968 GTX 440 six pack. Best and fastest running car I ever had. Same color as this Road Runner, most of the body was the same.

Damn nice when I was a 7 -8 years old my aunt Gina met and married my Uncle Ed he had a 69 road chicken with a 383 and a Hurst 4 speed on the floor they knew I loved it and took me out doing burnout s It was turqoise with a black hood memories.
