The 1969 Dodge Dart was a race car purchased by Jon's uncle and cousin with the intention to rebuilt it into a street/strip Mopar. Sadly, Jon's cousin passed away, his uncle lost interest, and Jon took over the project.
Jon faced variety of challenges during the 1969 Dodge Dart build, but eventually with the help of his father, he managed to transform the Mopar into the street/strip 9-second car his cousin would want.
The 1969 Dodge Dart sports a 500 Mopar block with Brodix heads and COMP Cams paired with 727 trans and 4.56 geared 9" rear. Jon races the car in Bracket, Index & Quick 16 with best ET of 9.74 seconds at 134mph.

Nothing but ❤️ love....im sorry I didn't have any pictures of my dodge dart....but the guys I grew up with and the Neighborhood I'm from.....knew about my dart...with a 440 Sixpack in it with a 69 GTX DANA REAR IN IT....MAAAAN those were THE GOOD OLD Days..of staying Mechanically inclined.....after the girl friend and kids.....my drag racing day's was over....

It’s a modified by Jonathan COMP cams. Gotta look at the numbers, I believe he sent it to me
