Beautiful representation of a 69 Impala! Everyone poking fun at its color or condition need to understand, for that old and that year it's a clean car.

What a beautiful car indeed....Convertible with the perfect power plant, great colors. The really great thing about this beauty is that it is not so "perfect" that it can not be used/enjoyed for fear of scratching it. I remember our neighbor's 69 white convertible/black top, boy that sure was a car back in the day. Some lucky person will get to enjoy a great car again today, one that can never be duplicated....

That is a 350 and numbers are on the Block of the engine. Beautiful Impala. My first Impala was a 1971 Impala hardtop 350 PS PB and AC. I bought a set of fender skirts of a 1973 Impala and painted them and installed them on my 1971. I bought it from a elderly lady with 51.000 miles sitting in her garage

Ironically the 71 impala is the most popular one from the 70’s now. If u still got u got a goldmine.

My Dad bought me a 69 Impala like this to drive to college back in mid 70’s. Mine was a hard top. The outside color was same as this interior. Great car. This brought back good memories.

I used to have a '70 Impala - 4 door, but with the same 350/300 horsepower 4/bbl carb'd engine. I had air shocks in the back and spring spacers in the front, so it sat up a little taller and proud. Ran H60x15 Peerless Sprint tires on all 4 corners mounted on 15x8" Corvette Rally Wheels that were brand new from a '79 Vette. It was perfect in the snow/winter, except for living in Omaha, had to use actual snow tires in the winter, but not for long. I kept it tuned up, and with the a/c running, I got 25mpg in the summer. Dad had us keep a register of gasoline purchases, that included figuring gas mileage, so I knew what it got for mpg all the time. I remember paying 45 cents a gallon for PREMIUM at that time. It was a hardtop with dark green vinyl and painted a metallic brown. Great memories of that car!!!

Nice air conditioned full sized convertible with an upscale ambiance. Original MRSP was probably around S4500 back in the day with the fender skirts and Talley wheels.

When I got my license in 1966 gas was $.22 a gallon and there were gas wars on every corner posting the lowest prices! That’s even when people who worked there came out to see what you needed and gave you complementary air in your tires and checked your oil!

get that puppy up to full operating temperature with your oil change ready... add 1 quart of high-grade kerosene to the crankcase... do not touch the throttle. let it sit and idle comfortably for 5-15 minutes... this will usually release the embedded dirt that's keeping the hydraulics of the lifters to compensate lash....then do your routine oil/change...often you,ll hear them quiet down before the whole quart is in. this will not hurt the engine, and you,ve got a 50/50 chance...old valvetrain may need an adjustment or service, though....maybe a twinge of head/donut flange too...triple ought steel wool/rubbing compound may help that scuff in the bumper...that 3-speed is either a Turbo-Hydramatic 350, but probably a 400 with the 300 hp....great car, they were great cars, and the 300 horse version is a real flyer in these cars.

She, if it was a lady probably was getting up there in age. I bought a 69 custom from a lady who used a walker and husband past away..the had 27k original miles, loaded to the hilt with options.. she was 92 when I got in 1995 for 15 hundred. Still have the car with 33k miles. This particular car would be worth no more than 15k.. Hagerty has convertible at 25k in pristine condition.. one was available on Craigslist for 18.. 327 rust free with lots of options.

I have one even more loaded with options.. 57k original miles.. i haven't driven it for about 3 years. Bad part is valve seal dried, and paint went south after having it repainted appears painter didn't decontaminate metal before spraying as it pealed showing metal surface. Probably will sell it as it's just taking up space.. rather keep my 64 ss and the 911

@Detective Cazanachas let me think on it.. i almost bought a 69 rag few days ago.. pretty clean yellow n white. Good amount of power options for 18k.. but i didn't want to pull the rug from someone who worked very hard i assume to come up with sellers price. I wanted to check it first.. give him 5k cask and wire transfer or cashiers check once confirming a ok.. car would've been picked up by flat bef.. but then it was 327, Hagerty pricing is 19.2k.. same price since 2014.. 2 doir customs in # 3 are right there.. a #2 is valued higher than 327 rag.. go figure...anyhow, let my t h ink about it..send me your email.. much easier
