Beautiful resto on this Nova! I own a 71 SS all original, original drivetrain with 66,000 original miles. New repaint in 2017. I have owned it for like 37 years.😎😎👍👍

Nova was the best hoopty to buy back in the early 80s. A usedone especially a 69 to 72 were very cheap to buy, easy to maintain, and with a pair of snow tires in the rear you could go all winter long

I put a built small block 327 in mine , 750cfm carb ,aluminum intake, MSD Distributor and multi-spark box, Stainless Steel Headers, SFI certified flywheel, 11 inch clutch, M-21 Muncie 4 speed, 12 bolt posi, rear mount battery and rear mount Radiator , Yes ! Radiator is in the trunk . New Tach , New oil ga , bucket seats , NO rear seat , hood open backwards , Front disc brakes , New gas tank , New gas tank straps, I did all the work myself , I got $9500 in it not counting my labor

WOW! Not THAT is how you do a frame off restoration that blows mine away and I thought mine was nice lol The details....none skipped . Incredible car love to know who restored this one BLue interiors are the best man! Makes me wanna change my red one to blue. Oh yeah Im broke...lol

Sweet! Looks like enough clearance in engine bay, I’d swap the stock exhaust manifold for some nice headers and really open it up, otherwise, this cars a 10!

You're killing me with this one Greg when I was 5 years old my dad owned that exact car exact color stick shift my pops used to sit me on the front while he detailed and Polished his Chrome engine I damn near would be willing to cut my right arm off to have that car thank you for this video it made me think a lot about my dad I hope whoever gets this car sure as hell appreciate it😥😢😢 if you ever decide to go to Upper Michigan beyond the Mackinac find a road it's called Bouchard Lane that's my dad and my grandfather in engadine Michigan what I wouldn't give to have that car for just a weekend so I can go Cruise Upper Michigan and visit my dad it's grave with this car and go hang out where he used to in this sweet ass ride

Id have scoffed at 89k til I did my own frame off. What I thought would be 2-3 yrs and 20-30k turbed into 12 and almost 100k THis car is a steal guys if you got the money grab it!!

I had one similar to it in the 80's. Get those gauges working and I am interested!

Nice NOVA

Man, I'm torn on that body-color front bumper filler - it's supposed to be argent, but that unoriginal treatment does look damn good. I'd probably just Plasti-dip it argent, so as to not ruin the blue paint. I remember in '82 or '83, they had an orange Nova on the cover of Hot Rod, and it had its filler painted orange to match, and it looked killer!

SS Nova's should always be black, in and out. Get a 73 SS Nova steering wheel. It's thick, looks great and feels great to handle while driving. Best things about black paint. It makes the car look mean. And if you should have any kind of accident. It's easy to match the color. That SS Nova does look great, though.❤

They are but look at the quality of cars. DOesnt get better than this! 89 is a lot of dough but after doing my own frame off and understanding how it can hit 6 figures...89 is a STEAL!
